Customer Service

We are committed to quality workmanship and complete customer satisfaction. To this end we only employ qualified experienced craftsmen/ women and keep our customers updated as to the progress of the project.

Availability

Our offices are manned 7 days a week from 7am to 10pm
We take our first appointment from 8am.

We cover North, North-east, North-west and East London.

Quality assurance

We only employ/ contract experienced and fully qualified contractors. As such a lot of the queries and work we carry out is repairing the damage caused by unlicensed/ unqualified 'cowboy' operators.
Many people have found to their cost that using 'that bloke down the road', or 'a mate of a mate' ends up being a costly mistake as there is little or no redress when things go wrong, as they inevitably will.
